Genuine raw reclaimed steel

Each sign is cut from carefully selected reclaimed steel, so the surface colour and character will naturally vary. Mill scale, marks, colour changes and areas of light pitting may be present. These are part of the genuine industrial finish rather than faults, and mean no two signs will look exactly alike.

Indoor or outdoor display

The sign can be displayed indoors or outdoors. Because it is supplied as bare mild steel, moisture and humidity will gradually create a natural rusted patina. Leave it untreated if that is the look you want, or apply a suitable clear coat, metal paint or other protective finish to slow weathering. Even indoor steel can change over time in damp or humid conditions.

Cut and finished in Lancashire

Each sign is CNC plasma-cut in the Rebuild Custom workshop. Cutting dross is removed and the edges are dressed before dispatch. Decorative metalwork can contain pointed sections, so handle it carefully while unpacking and mounting. The raw surface may also retain normal steel residue.
