Description
A steel rose made to last. Every Eternal Steel Rose is cut from sheet metal and formed individually by hand, giving each flower its own shape, curves and character.
Choose your finish
- Raw Steel Appearance: the natural silver-grey character of the steel, protected with clear lacquer.
- Heat Treated: carefully heated to create naturally varying blue, purple, bronze and gold tones, then protected with clear lacquer.
Heat-treated colouring develops differently across every flower, so the exact tones and patterns will vary from the photographs.
Made by hand in limited numbers
Each petal, leaf and stem is shaped by hand in our Lancashire workshop. The physical hand-forming process limits production to approximately six to eight roses in a typical week. This slower process is part of what makes every rose individual.
Ready to display
The rose arrives fully formed and ready to display. It looks particularly effective in a small metal bucket filled with sand or in a sturdy jar. Most of the weight sits in the flower head, so use a stable container that can support the top-heavy design.
Size and care
- Overall height: approximately 27–30 cm
- Overall width: approximately 13 cm from leaf tip to leaf tip
- Rose head: approximately 10–11 cm
- Weight: approximately 0.3 kg
Designed primarily for indoor display. It may be displayed outside, but the clear lacquer will weather and the steel can eventually rust unless the protective coating is maintained and reapplied. Variations in height, leaf size, shape, colouring and surface character are expected because every rose is individually made.
