After wondering what to do with my left over off cuts from a few previous builds, I decided to build myself a mancave sign.
It all started by building myself a very simple jig in the table vice to bend the bar into the shapes I needed. I was more then happy with the finished piece.
I was quickly convinced that I should add this build to the Rebuild catalog and decided to upgrade my simple jig for a rod bender. This decision made the whole process much more consistent.
After a lot of practice I have now build a large variety of signs using every letter of the alphabet including some symbols. The letters and numbers measure between approximately 30mm-50mm each.

These signs are priced at £4.50 per letter/number with no limit.
